Lev has more than 22 years of M&A and Private Equity experience in London and New York. Prior to Draycott, he was a Partner at Hudson Clean Energy, one of the world's first cleantech and green energy private equity funds. Before that, he founded his own $120m Private Equity fund fully invested in green energy, which was subsequently sold to Hudson. He was previously a Principal at Arclight Capital, a $17bn energy-focused PE fund. Lev began his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
Cory is responsible for the firm's capital raising activities and investor relations. He has extensive M&A and debt origination, execution, and management experience. Cory is adept at identifying off-market investment opportunities in the US, Europe, and Africa, and maintains a proven track record of helping clients develop and implement entry and growth strategies within emerging markets. His client base spans private equity and hedge funds, family offices, and government and public-sector groups.
Reuven handles the day-to-day business of the firm and its investment, risk, and technology functions. He draws upon nearly 20 years of experience in financial markets, focused primarily on renewables since 2018. Formerly a Management Consultant at Deloitte and VP at Bear Stearns / JP Morgan (Series 7 & 63). Prior to Draycott, he was an investment advisor for individuals and a family office. Kristina is responsible for portfolio management of Draycott's investments and maintains public and investor relations. Prior to Draycott, she gained extensive experience in fund administration and investor relations through roles at two renewable energy funds. BA, Klaipeda University; MSc, Vilnius University.
Nathan brings over 30 years of IT & Business experience, including decades as a solution architect and product owner for emerging markets with several successful startups leading to exits. His entrepreneurial spirit and advanced digital expertise are instrumental in driving the innovation and success of Draycott
Indre oversees project management, permitting and planning processes, and liaison with network operators. She is also heavily involved in the environmental due diligence of new projects. Previously a manager at RenewableUK and an advisor to the European Commission. MSc Environmental Technology, Imperial College London; BSc Ecology, Klaipeda University. Attended Harvard University.
Dante is responsible for Draycott's Italian biogas and biomethane activities and has been instrumental in setting up and expanding Draycott's presence in the sector. He brings deep on-the-ground expertise in Italian renewable energy markets.
Arnas organises and supervises equipment procurement, construction tenders and progress. As a Project Manager, he has led and completed a number of high-profile asset developments across a number of industries, including energy, forestry and real estate, both in the private and public sector. Having a BA in Law, he is uniquely skilled to lead project developments with challenging aspects and deadlines.
