Our team consists of seasoned investment bankers and private equity professionals with strong transaction experience primarily in the US and Europe. Draycott has worked with and on behalf of management, owners, and investors to evaluate, structure, and execute complex transactions.
- Provides deal sourcing, advisory services on M&A and corporate finance transactions acting on either the sell- or buy-side
- Executes transactions (negotiates terms, organizes and runs due diligence, runs the SPA process)
- Organizes short-term debt/bridge financing for its clients (as a debt broker)
- Deploys its own capital where required as co-investor
- Acts as investment manager for segregated accounts on behalf of clients who wish to have exposure to a particular asset or sector
