Lev Kapsogiorgos

Lev has more than 20 years of M&A and Private Equity experience both in London and New York. Prior to Draycott, Lev was a Partner at Hudson Clean Energy, one of the world’s first cleantech and green energy private equity funds. Before that, he founded his own $120m Private Equity fund that was fully invested in green energy and was subsequently sold to Hudson. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Arclight Capital, a $17bn energy-focused PE fund. Lev started his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.

Cory Gersten

Cory supports the growth in Draycott’s network of client businesses globally. He has extensive M&A and debt origination, execution, and management experience in a range of industries including infrastructure, clean energy and tech. Cory has access to a vast network of financiers that serve as Draycott’s clients and co-investors. Cory is based in Jerusalem, Israel, and was educated in NY, USA.

Gerard Terpstra

Gerard is Draycott’s biogas/biomethane expert and has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, of which, over 10 in biogas to biomethane transition. He was previously with Rota Guido, Italy’s largest biogas EPC contractor and has performed due diligence and supervised construction of a large number of biogas plants. Gerard is one of the pioneers in innovative technologies that create additional value in biomethane plants, such as liquefaction, upgrading and hydrogen, organic fertilizers, bioplastics and alternative uses of CO2.
In parallel, Gerard has been actively designing innovative and sustainable farming methods in order to make the transition to new prime materials. Gerard has a degree in automotive engineering and is fluent in Dutch, Italian and English.

Arnas Kulikauskas

Arnas leads Draycott’s origination efforts in the Baltic countries and across Eastern Europe. He is also responsible for the oversight and management of local operations.
He has been a serial entrepreneur, having founded and run companies ranging from real estate development to forestries and public private partnerships.
Arnas graduated from Vilnius University with a BA in Law.

Kristina Rugyte

​Kristina is responsible for portfolio management of Draycott’s investments as well as maintaining public and investor relations. Prior to Draycott, she gained extensive experience in both fund administration and investor relations through her roles at two renewable energy funds. Kristina received her BA from Klaipeda University and her MSc from Vilnius University.

Indre Vaizgelaite

Indre is responsible for overall project management, monitoring the entire permitting and planning process, and liaising with network operators. She is also heavily involved in the due diligence of new projects with regards to all environmental and planning aspects. Indre gained extensive experience in the renewable energy sector working as a manager at RenewableUK, the UK’s largest renewable energy trade association, as well as holding a number of roles in the solar industry. She began her career at a consultancy in Brussels, advising clients on European energy policy and working with the European Commission. Indre has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and a BSc in Ecology from Klaipeda University in Lithuania. She also attended Harvard University.
