Sustainable Bio Solutions K/S (sbskliplev.dk) is a venture between Draycott Advisors, Hudson Sustainable Investments, and Lincoln Equities Group. The project has acquired land and rights to build the world's largest biogas plant fed by animal manure in Aabenraa, Denmark. Draycott structured and executed the investment, ran the EPC tender, and assembled the local management team.
Advising and co-investing alongside a Fordgate Group in its acquisition of a plastics recycling platform. Draycott is responsible for transaction structuring, investment committee preparation, and ongoing portfolio oversight.
Raised and deployed c. $120m in equity for Equinox Energy, a renewable energy fund investing in UK solar. Capital was raised from Elliott Management and a UK family office. The fund built six solar parks totalling 82.4MW. Following completion and grid connection, the team executed a rigorous value creation plan enhancing operational performance and cash flows. Assets were refinanced with project finance from a consortium of international banks and subsequently sold to United Photovoltaics Group Limited of Hong Kong, generating above-average investor returns.

Successfully advised Metka-EGN's minority shareholders on the sale of their remaining stake to Mytilineos. Metka-EGN is one of the world's leading solar and battery storage EPC contractors, with a global project portfolio spanning multiple gigawatts. Draycott managed the sell-side process, including negotiation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Secured a US$600m public-private partnership protocol agreement with the Republic of Cameroon's Ministry of Higher Education for the Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) of 20,000 university student housing units. The project was structured with Professor Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister of State and Minister of Higher Education. The Yaoundé campus features 65 residence buildings totalling 13,000 beds; the Sao campus features 35 residence buildings with 7,000 beds.
